Introduction to Transforming Prayer
May 5th, 2018
At Oak Pointe Church our desire is for all of us to grow deep and strong in our relationship with God so that we can fully follow Jesus Christ. However, our own beliefs can hinder this growth. At times, we find ourselves restless and confused in our thoughts, actions, and behavior. This is because in our mind we believe one thing while in our heart we believe something else. James calls this double-mindedness. It is this doubting faith that God wants to refine and purify by transforming us through the renewing of our minds (Romans 12:2).
May 6th, 2018
You're invited to attend the Life Group Leadership Essentials class.
We'll start with a light lunch and then jump right into an interactive session on how and why Oak Pointe does life groups. You’ll learn how to create a vibrant group and engage with other leaders who share your interests and passions.
This training is required of all Oak Pointe life group leaders and apprentices and is highly recommended to those considering leading a group.
If you have not filled out an Application for Life Group Leadership, please print out the application form and bring it with you to the class. You can download the form from during the registration process.
